Ghost Town at Sundown

Jack and Annie spend a lot of time in their tree house. Annie has a horse that she found in a ghost town. When their magical friend, Morgan, invites them, they go to the tree house and she gives them riddles and sends them to that place that they wish. When they get there, they see a group of horses. One horse stopped and stayed with them. It was missing its mother. As they set off to find its mother, cattle rustlers came along and stole the horse. I think the author was trying to show how Jack and Annie were showing their kindness by trying to find the horse's mother. To find out if they find the mother, you will have to read this book.
I liked this book because it is like all of the other Magic Tree House books. In the beginning the book makes you feel like you are one of the characters because we are all about the same age. The characters in this book are adventurous. My friend and I had a tree house that we always played in like the characters in the story and this book reminds me how fun it was.
I think you should read this book if you are adventurous and like to go to different places and travel in time. The writer makes his characters act and talk like real kids so kids know how they feel. I think younger readers would be interested because they get to learn about different times and places.
