This book is about a hen who was to go to school. She thinks a school is a barn.
I liked the book because it is funny. I liked the pictures because they are pretty. They have very decorated stuff like teddy bears, a sweater, and a jumprope. My favorite character was the hen. Her name is Minerva Louise. She is the main character. She is really funny because she thinks the trash can is a can for feeding the hens.
I think people that really like funny stories should read it because it is really funny.
