John Midas loved chocolate very much. He almost never ate breakfast at all. He just ate chocolate most of the time. One day John went the wrong way to Susan's house, and then he found a coin with JM on it. Then he saw a strange chocolate store. He went inside and bought a magic chocolate. He ate it and everything he touched with his mouth turned to chocolate. He went to school one day and when they were working on a test, he bit the lead on his pencil and it turned to chocolate. He bit his glove and it turned to chocolate. To find out more, read the book.
I think that this was a good story. My favorite part was when John turned his trumpet into chocolate. I liked this part because it is funny. John was the greediest boy I ever read about. I would not like to be friends with him.
I recommend this for other people to read because it teaches you about sharing. Most kids third grade and up could read it.
