A bulletin board fell on Stanley and made him flat. Stanley could fit under doors. One day Stanley got his mother's ring that she lost in a storm drain. Arthur is jealous because everybody is paying attention to Stanley. Stanley gets a job at the museum. He has to dress up as a shepardess. He caught the sneak thieves. Stanley got an award. Stanley became famous.
I liked this story because it was funny. Stanley could fit under doors. He made himself into a kite for his brother, Arthur. Another funny part was when he had to dress up like a girl. My favorite part is when Stanley got flattened. I could just see that happening in my mind. I liked the ending because it made me feel happy to see Stanley get back to normal again. Arthur pumped him up with a bicycle pump. Mr. Lambchop had a party for Stanley.
I think everybody should read this book because it was funny especially when Arthur puts encyclopedias on himself to become flat.
