Henry wanted to give Mudge a bath. But Mudge didn?t want to take a bath because he hated the part when he has to get wet with the hose. So Mudge went under the porch. But then Henry found him and he said it doesn?t work, trying to hide yourself. But then Henry grabbed the hose and then he wet Mudge and then Mudge started to shake. But then Henry got all wet and he dried himself with a towel.
I liked the part when Henry wet Mudge with the hose and then Mudge shook the water off of him and he got Henry wet. I liked it because Mudge was all wet and then he got Henry all wet too. I liked it because it was funny. I liked it when Mudge tried to hide under the porch because a big dog can?t fit under a porch. Henry could find Mudge because half of his body was sticking out. The picture shows that only Mudge?s head fits under the porch. My favorite character is Mudge because he?s a funny dog and he?s smart because when Henry wet him with the hose he got him back.
I recommend this book to dogs who don?t like to take baths. And people who try to give their dogs a bath. And dogs who like to try to hide under the porch. I recommend this book to my family, my friends and second graders and first graders. I recommend it because they probably might laugh during the story.
