In the book, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, the brothers and sisters Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter are staying at the professor's house. The story starts when Lucy goes into the wardrobe and she finds Narnia, the fictional land. She has spent hours in Narnia. Then she goes back through the wardrobe to the professor's house. It has only been seconds since she has been gone. She tells the others about Narnia but they don't believe her. Then Edmund goes into the wardrobe too. When he comes back out again, Lucy says "tell Susan and Peter that Narnia is real". He says it isn't even though he knows it is. Finally, Lucy gets all of them to go into the wardrobe to Narnia. They see that Lucy is right. They meet Aslan, the lion in Narnia. They also become the kings and queens of Narnia.
I like the character Lucy because she didn't give up even when all of her older brothers and sisters didn't believe her.
This book is like other books in this series because it takes place in Narnia. It is very magical, but the same characters are not in all the books.
I like this book because I like magical places and characters. It has cool characters that you can picture in your head. They seem so real.
I recommend this book to second graders and up. It is a good book if you like imaginary things.
