Bunnicula

Have you ever heard of a vampire bunny that sucks the fluids from vegetables? This is no ordinary bunny; this bunny can escape from his cage without opening it or breaking it. The family's pet cat, Chester, is on to him. He says, "Today, it's vegetables, tomorrow it's the world!" How will Harold, the family's K-9 companion, and Chester stop him?

We liked this book when the family found the white vegetables in the fridge because it was full of suspense. Chester was our favorite character because he is smart and knows about Bunnicula. When we read through the book we wondered if Chester and Harold would stop Bunnicula. The book is unique and interesting because not many people would write about a vampire bunny.

We recommend this book for third through fourth graders because it is full of suspense and might inspire children to read more. We also recommend this to people with a sense of humor because it had a lot of parts that made us laugh.
